If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us — we’ll do our best to offer a fair and reasonable solution whenever possible.

Made-to-order production

All our decals are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer at the time of purchase — including the bike model, design options, colors, finish, and any additional details.

Once an order is confirmed, it is immediately entered into an automated and time-sensitive production workflow involving multiple departments and work shifts. Due to the nature of this process:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • No changes or modifications can be made after the order is placed.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review all order details before completing your purchase. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t hesitate to contact us beforehand — we’re happy to help you make the right choice.


About your right to withdraw

In accordance with current consumer protection laws in Spain and the European Union, and specifically under Law 3/2014 of March 27, amending the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Article 103, section (c):

“The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.”

As our products are made according to the customer’s specifications, returns and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.


Defective products or production errors

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications you provided, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. To process your claim, we will ask for:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product in question.

  • A short description of the issue.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by a production error, we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or an appropriate alternative.
